I love all the different massage heads that are available, especially the scalp massager. And that one massage head does take time to warm up before you can use it. Other than that, I really like this product and think it is well worth what I paid for it. We keep one in the living room, one in the bedroom, and one for a gift. It really helps relieve our sore muscles and is really relaxing. I like the two levels and long cord so I can sit on the couch. Since there are so many attachments to choose from, you can always find something that will work for that one troublesome spot or your entire back. I particularly like the scalp massager, as it is perfect for those who love scalp massages as well as back scratches. The reason I am not giving this five stars is because of the "heat" settings. I honestly could not feel any heat coming from the attachment. If anything, the heat setting caused the attachment to not be cold (because it is metal). That is nice, of course, to not have a cold massage attachment, but it would be nice if there was actual heat. I would recommend if you want a Body Massager for cheaper. Body Massager
