Man arrested after alleged threats to officer - Chronicle-Telegram

His mother told police he then poured a beer over her head and tried to pull off her shirt. She said she thought he might be on drugs because of the way he was acting. Officers then pulled over and placed him in an Ankle Restraint. The officers decided to take him directly to Lorain County Jail, the report said. Figula pulled over again and attached a “spit hood” to Truxhall’s head to stop him from spitting. Truxhall then vomited in the hood, while continuing to kick inside the vehicle.
